Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior to Mid-level Bankruptcy | Commercial Litigation Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of day-to-day tasks including drafting legal documents, conducting research, attending court hearings and trials, and participating in depositions. The attorney will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide effective legal representation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, motions, and court procedures
- Ability to handle trials and depositions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Experience in a law firm or similar legal environment
