Description:

We are looking to hire an entry level (0+ years) or junior litigation attorney (2+) to join our growing firm. You will be trained to litigate wage and hour labor and employment law matters in state and federal court. We represent employees and have no billable hours requirement. Hybrid work expected after 90 days of employment and satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities include handling cases from assessment through discovery, mediation, and final judgment with the support of paralegals and legal assistants and under the guidance of our senior attorneys.

Qualifications. Any attorney that joins our team must have a similar mindset. A positive, team-first attitude, pride in your work, and a willingness and desire to grow and develop your skills are essential. Prior experience working in an employment law or civil litigation firm (as a lawyer or law clerk), clerkships, or similar litigation experience is recommended.
