*Position Overview:*As a Junior Associate Attorney you will have the opportunity to practice multiple areas of law,

including but not limited to:
  • **Construction Law** Assist clients in matters relating to building construction, engineering, mechanics liens and related fields along with representations in court.
  • **Consumer Based Practice Areas** Seek to prevent unfair, fraudulent, and deceptive practices in sales and similar transactions.
  • **Bankruptcy** Assist clients with bankruptcy filings, debt relief, and financial restructuring.
  • **Wills & Trusts** Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • **Expungements** Represent clients in expungement proceedings to clear their criminal records and restore their reputation.
  • **Family Law** Support family units through divorce, child custody, domestic relationships, and adoption.
  • **Personal Injury** Handle personal injury cases, including negotiations with insurance companies and representation in court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Utah State Bar and in good standing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the practice areas mentioned.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Open-minded and nimble to adapt with technological changes and advancements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Previous experience with construction law practice is a plus.
  • Passion for advocating for clients' rights and interests.
