Barnes & Thornburg LLP currently has a patent law clerk position available in the Intellectual Property Department in our Indianapolis office. This position is open to any level law student 1L, 2L or 3L (excluding students graduating May 2024). Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong interest in all aspects of patent law. Seeking candidates with strong writing skills, excellent oral presentation, and an ability to get along with an established team of hard working, driven, and creative professionals.This position could start anytime and could run through the Summer and/or through the Fall and Spring semesters.
