A Full-Service Law Practice Law Firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our growing Intellectual Property Group. This position allows for a flexible hybrid remote schedule working from any of our A Full-Service Law Practice Law Firm offices.A Full-Service Law Practice Law Firm' Intellectual Property Group partners with clients to help them navigate legal issues arising from new and exciting developments in this area of law and counsels them through obtaining and maintaining a competitive advantage through the use and protection of intellectual property and technology.
Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited school with licensure in good standing
- 3-5 years of relevant trademark/copyright experience such as trademark and copyright prosecution and portfolio management (domestic and international), IP litigation, software and technology contracting, marketing and advertising claims, trade secrets, licensing, franchise and distribution arrangements and privacy and data security
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
