Description:
A Leading Provider of Legal & Consultative Services is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) associate with
three or more years of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation
experience. The ideal candidate will effectively manage day-to-day
prosecution and litigation tasks and independently prepare USPTO
filings, court pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and
effectively communicate with other lawyers. Experience taking and
defending depositions or drafting IP agreements is a plus. Excellent
academic credentials, demonstrated written and verbal communication
skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment are required.
Candidates must be currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia,
California, DC or New York. A USPTO registration number or patent bar
