About the Job:An Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is searching for recent law school graduates and attorneys practicing 1 to 4 years to join our hands-on, energetic and growing firm in our downtown Orlando office.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of law and medicine to represent companies in managing and resolving disputes. While your day-to-day work will be varied, you can expect some of the following responsibilities:
- Fact investigation
- Case strategy development
- Medical issues and coverage analysis
- Broad civil litigation practice, including depositions
- Administrative hearings
- Client collaboration
- Settlement negotiations
