An Established Full-Service, Business Law Firm, a full-service, business law firm, with 11 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Habitability Attorney.If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Significant litigation experience in areas of general liability (i.e., residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, premises liability, automobile accidents, construction defect, etc.), products liability
- Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have two to six years' experience.
- Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
- Live in California.
