The ideal candidate will possess experience in legal research, drafting, real estate, probate and family law. - Draft legal documents including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in various legal matters
- Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks.
- Representing clients in mediation, administrative hearings and court proceedings.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Experience in real estate law and/or probate, estate planning
- Integrity, professionalism, and care
- General understanding of civil procedure.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in civil litigation, probate, and/or family law.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
