An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers is seeking an experienced finance attorney for its Finance & Restructuring group with five or more years of experience to join the Dallas office.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work alongside partners in a thriving finance practice and engage with their existing and new clients. This is a collaborative team with a national practice that regularly collaborates with the firm's other offices including internationally. This attorney will work on a wide variety of debt finance transactions, including bank and private lenders, senior and mezzanine debt facilities, asset based lending, cash flow, syndicated, club and unitranche financings, project finance, sponsor finance and more. Experience in workouts or restructuring transactions would be a strong plus. The title for the position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience level.

Qualified candidates will have:
  • A JD degree from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school;
  • Five or more years of debt finance or analogous experience at a large national or international law firm;
  • Texas bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Texas;
  • Strong communication and writing skills; and
  • Top academic credentials.
