We are a boutique family law firm. Owner is Certified Family Law Specialist. We are seeking an experienced part-time contract family law associate.Must have 3+ years of California family law experience.
General Job Description: Manage a case load of 5-10 cases, from inception to Judgment, either by trial or settlement.
Ideal Candidate: You are a self-starter seeking a flexible job with autonomy. This job is ideal for an attorney with their own law practice who seeks to supplement their income and gain experience working for a established law firm.
Required Skills: California licensed attorneys only. Knowledge of family law procedure, from start to finish. Preparing pleadings, Propounding and responding to discovery and Disclosures; Drafting Motions. Attend court hearings and trials.
Hourly Rate: Depending on experience.
