Bankruptcy Attorneysl is a growing law firm located in Utah County. We are looking for an attorney that wants to maximize their potential, both in legal skills and in compensation.We have available a position for a part-time family law attorney to join our firm. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required. We focus on providing top-tier legal services with a personal, client focused approach. We want an associate who is interested in growing with us.
We have an office in Salt Lake County and we represent clients all over the state, but this position is in our Utah County office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform legal research.
- Write legal documents like complaints, motions and briefs.
- Assist clients in filling out legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
- Communicate with clients and other lawyers through phone calls, emails and conference calls.
- Handle discovery requests.
- Analyze legal issues and write memorandum or briefs for attorneys.
- Argue cases in court.
