This is a full-time role for a Family Law Attorney at A Divorce Attorney The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. This role will be primarily based in Lewisville, TX, with the flexibility for some remote work.Qualifications:
- Expertise in Family Law and a solid understanding of legal issues related to family law
- Ability to handle various legal tasks, such as drafting motions and conducting depositions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- Prior experience in family law litigation is preferred
