AV-rated north bay firm A Multi-Practice Area Law Firm seeks Associate Attorney to join our estate planning, business, and litigation practice.

Qualifications:
Successful candidate would possess the following:

License to practice law in California with no record of discipline
1-3 years' of recent experience in Estate Planning in California
Candidates should have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:
Trust and estate administration and litigation
Related business and real property issues
Tax law as pertains to related business
Willingness to take on increasing responsibility, possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as technical expertise
Superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and thoughtful
Ties to or an interest in living in Sonoma County are preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Meeting with new and existing clients in regard to estate planning needs
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients and legal professionals
Draft and review estate plans for modest to high-net worth clients, simple to complex and advanced estate, gift, and tax plans
