A Leading National Law Firm seeks an associate with 4-6 years of sophisticated law firm estate planning and administration experience for professionals and high net worth individuals and families. Candidate would be based in Chicago and working with lawyers in several of our offices. Principal areas of responsibility include: 1) drafting Wills and Trusts, 2) research, 3) supervising estate administration, 4) working on gift and estate tax returns and 5) working directly with existing clients and developing own clients. We seek those with technical expertise commensurate with years of experience, excellent drafting skills with keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal and client skills. Candidates should be team players with strong professional motivation to develop own practice and that of the estate planning group.All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be admitted to a Bar in a U.S. jurisdiction, admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred as the associate will be resident in the Chicago office.
