Description:
A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified environmental associate with 3-4 years' experience handling compliance, permitting, enforcement, and complex litigation and should be prepared to split their time among these areas. Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of environmental law including some of the following: air and water quality, solid and hazardous wastes, cleanup and cost allocation, spills and releases, brownfields redevelopment, environmental insurance coverage, and worker health & safety. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow our practice and serve our clients.Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
