Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at A Boutique Law Firm. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling various family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and spousal support. The day-to-day tasks may include drafting and responding to discovery, assisting client's with financial disclosures, client consultations, legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of family law and relevant legal issues
- Experience in drafting legal documents, such as motions and depositions
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong courtroom presence and experience representing clients in court
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law
