The Orlando office of A National Labor & Employment Firm seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to support our core labor and employment practice along with our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4-7 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of several talented attorneys. We are looking for the next team member with a growth mindset to join our community.Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have the opportunity to counsel clients through day-to-day workplace and related challenges.
