A Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Business Matters, Litigation Law Firm, an established mid-size, Boston-based law firm, seeks a professional, responsible, and motivated attorney with a minimum of one to three years of experience to join our Elder Law Team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Elder Law and experience in either Elder Law or Estate Planning. This is a great opportunity for a recent law school graduate who would like to work in dynamic Elder Law Practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison with clients, professional contacts and internal staff
  • Prepare estate planning documents and probate forms
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda and other legal documents in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support Partners and Senior Attorneys
  • Create proposals and presentations for clients and seminars

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of Elder Law or Estate Planning experience
  • J.D degree and membership in good standing with MA Bar
  • Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and exhibit initiative while working in a fast based high volume practice
  • Possess a positive attitude and understand the value of a team approach and a strong work-ethic
