A Personal Injury & No Fault Insurance Law Firm has an immediate opening for a docket attorney
preferably with experience in no-fault law. The position requires
significant organizational, advocacy and writing skills as you will be
working up and managing your own cases, from referral to trial and
beyond, if necessary. Among your duties will be drafting pleadings and
discovery, taking depositions, negotiating, and attending court
proceedings.
