The practice has also previously won in the European Law Firm of the Year categories and the US Law Firm of the Year categories for both our transactional and regulatory work.We are currently seeking a Derivatives Associate with three to six years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with derivatives regulation (i.e., the CEA and CFTC and SRO rules) and derivatives enforcement and investigations, with respect to matters involving swap dealers, futures commission merchants, commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors.
The candidate should have strong attention to detail, be intellectually curious and resourceful, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and firm attorneys.
