Education/Training:

Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree
Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association approved law school or satisfactory completion of the APR 6 Clerkship
Successful passage of the Washington State Bar Examination

Experience:
At least four years of progressively responsible experience in criminal or municipal law for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II or seven years for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney III
