A Consumer Retail Banking & Financial Services Litigation Law Firm's is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our insurance practice group. The Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' litigation experience including drafting pleadings and discovery, taking fact and expert witness depositions, arguing motions in court, and communicating with clients. Experience in commercial litigation and bodily injury litigation strongly preferred. This position can be hybrid or fully remote, but candidates must reside in the state of Florida.Job Description:
- Handle cases from inception through trial.
- Research the details and evidence involved in cases, review client documentation, or pleadings previously filed in a case, as well as applicable law.

- Interpret case law and decisions handed down by other applicable courts. This can involve analyzing the effects of many factors that might have been involved in other cases.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other documents, such as legal memorandums, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court before a judge or jury to orally defend a client's rights and best interests.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed attorney in Florida.
- Must have a great work ethic and work well in a team setting.
- Must be highly motivated & self-starter.
- Must be a professional with good business acumen.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
