Description:
A Leading National Law Firm's Corporate Finance team is in search of an associate with 3-5
years of experience to join our Dallas office. Expertise in mergers and
acquisitions is essential. A genuine interest in healthcare is a
prerequisite, and a strong preference is given to those with experience
in transactional healthcare. Having some background in healthcare would
be an additional asset. In this role, you will predominantly focus on
transactions for A Leading National Law Firm's industry-leading Medical and Dental Services
Organizations group. Preferred candidates will be familiar with
financing and general corporate representation including entity
formation and capitalizations, corporate governance issues, shareholder
agreements, and customer and supplier relationships. Drafting of
acquisition agreements and ancillary-related documents will be expected.
Ideal candidates should exhibit excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, both verbal and written, and a collaborative
approach when working with internal and external clients across all
levels. An existing admission to the Texas bar or eligibility for
immediate waiver is required.
