- 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm working on mergers and acquisitions
- Experience working on emerging companies and venture capital matters is a plus
- Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships
- Strong organizational skills and remarkable attention to detail are required
- Operating under time pressures and still acting as a collaborative team player while handling and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines is an essential need for this role
- Admitted to the California State Bar
