An American Multinational Technology Company is looking for a talented attorney to support our healthcare privacy and security efforts, with a focus on HIPAA and state consumer privacy compliance. As a member of this team, you will support An American Multinational Technology Company Health's Privacy Office by directing investigations, advising on policy development, counselling product development teams, and helping to build our culture of privacy and security by design.Key Job Responsibilities:

You will serve as a partner and trusted advisor to our privacy and security compliance teams, leading development of creative, business-centric strategies. About the Team:
This role will support the privacy and security compliance teams within An American Multinational Technology Company's consumer health organization.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA | New York City, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USA
Basic Qualifications:
- J.D. degree, and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
- 5+ years post-qualification legal experience
- Experience in legal issues central to US healthcare data privacy and security, including HIPAA
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a top national or international law firm
- In-house experience is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
