A Long-Standing Reputation as One of The Premier Law Firms is looking for either one or a practice group of experienced business law attorneys with an entrepreneurial focus. A portable book of business is desired. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, with expertise representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt financings, licensing transactions and general corporate governance matters. Securities law background and experience are a plus. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively and efficiently with colleagues in other areas – such as employment, real estate, securities and tax law matters.
