We are a dynamic, established law firm of approximately 40 attorneys with an expanding sophisticated corporate practice representing a diverse group of public and private companies, financial institutions, funds, and entrepreneurs across multiple industries. We are seeking a motivated corporate associate with 2 to 4 years of M&A, securities and general corporate experience to join our corporate group. The ideal applicant will be a smart, motivated and pro-active team player with experience in researching, reviewing, and assisting in the preparation and negotiation of a broad range of acquisition, financing and/or securities agreements and related documentation. Unlike many firms, associates in our corporate group are exposed to a diverse set of corporate, securities and commercial matters allowing for a broader, more interesting practice within corporate law.
