Description:
A Distinctively Global Law Firm seeks an Associate Attorney for the Corporate and Securities practice to counsel on cross-border transactional matters with emphasis on Israel and Europe. Provide legal counsel on a variety of securities offerings for issuers and underwriters, emerging companies, and venture capital. Provide guidance related to ongoing securities disclosure matters, corporate governance, M&A transactions, general corporate matters, as well as related to business development initiatives. #LI-DNIPosition requires a Master's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field, and 1 year of experience working with and representing corporate clients in the financial, technology, and manufacturing industries in cross-border representation involving the United States and Israel. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience analyzing and applying Israeli law on behalf of clients; 1 year of experience working within the Israeli legal environment; 1 year of experience with developing client legal strategies for application in the Israeli legal system; 1 year of experience with managing client expectations within the Israeli corporate environment; 1 year of experience with managing cross-border, cross-cultural client relationships; 1 year of experience with legal business development of Israeli and multinational clients; 1 year of experience with providing legal counsel to senior client executives and general counsel in a cross-border setting; 1 year of experience with providing legal counsel to start-ups, privately held companies, and publicly traded companies; and 1 year of experience coordinating legal teams in a law firm setting. Must be an active New York Bar member.
