Company Overview:Small but fast growing law firm focused on business and real estate law is looking for a contract/project based attorney to join our team. Hours are flexible. This position will be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business agreements and contracts.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks or issues
- Provide legal advice on a broad range of business law issues, including, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
- Assist clients with negotiations and resolving disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues to ensure client compliance with the latest regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Georgia with 3 years of experience in business law, especially a solid foundation in corporate transactions and contract law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
