A National Law Firm's Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an attorney in its Chicago office. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Consumer finance experience is preferred. Experience with the following is a plus:- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA)
- Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois bar. Admissions to other bars a plus.
