About the Job:This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Defect Attorney at A Civil Litigation Law Firm As a Construction Defect Attorney, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to construction defect litigation. This includes conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and advocate for clients. The candidate should have 2-3 years experience in litigation or insurance defense litigation experience including depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial experience being a plus.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in construction defect law
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to provide strategic and practical legal advice
- Experience representing clients in court
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and Florida Bar Card
