Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigator to join one of our DC-Metro area offices. The attorney will be part of a team handling sophisticated construction and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have significant responsibilities including depositions, going to court, preparing witnesses, drafting pleadings, briefs and motions and trial.Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience and be admitted in MD or VA (both is a plus). Federal Government Contracts experience a plus.
