Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our law firm. You will be responsible for taking a leading role in complex and sophisticated commercial real estate lending transactions. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating review and analysis of due diligence materials, review and comment on title and survey, and leading closing calls.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
