- Offer clear direction, communication, and oversight to support staff, including legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring accountability for delegated tasks.
- Draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and necessary paperwork, along with conducting thorough legal research when needed.
- Represent clients in court hearings, adeptly arguing cases in Circuit and County Court, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of the trial process.
- Implement a monthly revenue requirement instead of a billable hour quota.
Qualifications:
