Qualifications:
- JD degree
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
- 3-5 years litigation experience
- Commercial litigation/Real Estate litigation experience a plus
- Strong experience with motions, discovery disputes, depositions, and making court appearances
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
