Job Requirements:
  • Ideal candidates will have 1 - 4 years of experience working on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Associate will be responsible for all phases of discovery, as well as research, writing, and hearing support.
  • Candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases), and have good negotiation skills.
  • Virginia bar preferred.
