The Role:
You'll support An Information Technology and Services Company's enterprise teams and protocol services working on contracts, as well as supporting our finance and business leaders. You'll work closely with our General Counsel, as well as with other senior leaders across An Information Technology and Services Company.

What You'll Do:
  • Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements in the technology and crypto space
  • Build scalable and effective processes for the commercial function, including through the creation and maintenance of playbooks, contract templates, and self-help workflows
  • Help develop and drive legal contracting process and operations, including with respect to workflows, customer contracting lifecycle, pipeline management and document retention
  • Counsel and educate teams on contract terms, negotiation best practices, commercial implications and legal risks
  • Advise internal stakeholders on privacy and regulatory implications of product development and marketing strategies

Who You Are:
  • 4+ years of experience in general corporate or commercial contracts, at least partially at a top law firm
  • Admission to practice law in the United States
  • Experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial and licensing agreements, including technology-related agreements, reseller agreements, data processing addenda, partnership agreements, and general commercial contracts
  • An effective, positive negotiator who can develop creative solutions to navigate complex legal issues to both protect the company and drive An Information Technology and Services Company's business forward
  • Has the ability to project manage and prioritize multiple matters simultaneously in an entrepreneurial, rapidly scaling environment
  • Experience or interest in the digital asset industry
  • Confidently understand technical terms to partner with product and security stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance competing demands under time pressure
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws
