A General Practice Attorney is seeking to expand, and is recruiting new and experienced attorneys to staff our New Philadelphia, OH office. The Firm's mission is focused on serving the good of its clients and the broader community, and is looking for attorneys with the same client-service mentality, and the following characteristics:- Compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent in dealing with clients, coworkers, and other professionals.

- Interest or experience in family law, criminal justice, estate planning, or bankruptcy law.

Duties of the Attorney include the following:
- Quick-response times to new client calls and aptitude in quickly establishing new client rapport. Follow proven model for effective client intakes.
- Engage in client financial coaching at outset of case to guarantee plan of action that fits clients' needs and budget.
- Effective issue-spotting and creative, strategic thinking.
- Careful management of clients' resources in order to maximize results.
- Reasonable workload requirements and performance metrics tailored to a 40-hour work week.
- Respond rapidly to client care concerns to ensure clients are served promptly and all issues are timely addressed.
- Willingness to to engage in effective and productive mentoring relationships.
