Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
- Exceed sales goals that keeps the firm profitable.
- Effective people skills and relationship-building skills to interact with potential clients, customers, and team members productively.
- Provide insight and legal knowledge to drive business development and growth.
- Consult and retain prospective clients.
- Negotiate retainer agreements.
- Conduct research and advise clients.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Build a rapport with clients and sell the firm.
- Maintain pipeline of sales and continuous follow up on leads.

Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience practicing law required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland.
- Comfortable with talking about money.
- Experience in family law and criminal law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with digital marketing a plus.
- Previous experience with HubSpot a plus.
- Analytical background with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Understanding of how advertising, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization work together.
- Ability to balance analytics with human behavioral insights.
- Ability to learn new and emerging ad platforms as they become available.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Detailed oriented.
- Able to handle sensitive employee issues and keep confidential.
