Responsibilities:
  • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
  • Exceed sales goals that keeps the firm profitable.
  • Effective people skills and relationship-building skills to interact with potential clients, customers, and team members productively.
  • Provide insight and legal knowledge to drive business development and growth.
  • Consult and retain prospective clients.
  • Negotiate retainer agreements.
  • Conduct research and advise clients.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Build a rapport with clients and sell the firm.
  • Maintain pipeline of sales and continuous follow up on leads.
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
  • Influence the success of the sales department through support and ensure the team meets their daily quotas.

Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years' experience practicing law required.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland.
  • Comfortable with talking about money.
  • Experience in family law and criminal law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with digital marketing a plus.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Analytical background with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Understanding of how advertising, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization work together.
  • Ability to balance analytics with human behavioral insights.
  • Ability to learn new and emerging ad platforms as they become available.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Able to handle sensitive employee issues and keep confidential.
