A National Litigation & Business Transactions Law Firm has immediate openings in its Nashville office for experienced attorneys practicing in Tennessee. Ideal candidates should have 3 or more years of experience with Construction, Commercial Litigation and Medical Mal-practice. Ideal candidates must have defense litigation experience.

Candidates must be team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidates must be license in Tennessee.
