Our Beverly Hills office has expanded to over twenty attorneys, and we are presently seeking an additional experienced litigation associate attorney to join our team in fighting for justice for survivors of sexual abuse against school districts, religious organizations, and other entities.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for representing victims of trauma in pursuing justice against those responsible for allowing it to happen. Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury matters is preferred, but attorneys with other applicable litigation experience, including in medical malpractice, mass torts, or insurance liability defense, may also be considered.

Applicants must be presently licensed to practice law in the State of California and able to commute to our Beverly Hills office pursuant to a hybrid schedule.
Potential salary offers are commensurate with the applicant's level of applicable civil litigation experience.
Our litigation attorneys play key roles in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to: drafting complaints, responding to written discovery, responding to demurrers, conducting depositions, and conducting jury trials. There are no "billable hours" requirements and attorneys receive a referral bonus of 40% of the attorney's fees for all cases they bring in to the firm.
