Description:
Qualifications:- Knowledge in Florida State Civil Procedures
- Florida Bar
- Ability to manage a high caseload
- Great understanding of the Rules of Evidence
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Bench Trial experience (Jury Trial experience a huge plus)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish a huge plus)
License/Certification:
- Valid Florida Bar License to Practice Law (Required)
