We are seeking associates for our litigation practice group to handle general liability cases including, commercial, and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, HOA, in a fast-paced and highly demanding atmosphere.
Job Duties include:
Qualifications: Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required. Must be driven, self-starter, and able to independently manage a caseload.

Job Duties include:
- Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
- Propounding and responding to discovery,
- Medical record review/summaries,
- Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts,
- Attend court hearings,
- Prepare motions/oppositions,
- Prepare case status reports to carriers
- Trial preparation.
- An ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background.
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable and able to work a caseload independently under the supervision of a firm partner
- We are willing to train the right individual.
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills are a must.
