Responsibilities and practice:A Worlds Largest Law Firm is seeking a junior associate to join our sophisticated Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice. Candidates should have 2-3 years of legal experience in structured finance. The person hired for this position will be a part of a dedicated team and expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a broad range of capital markets transactions in the area of structured finance/securitization and representing all of the major financial institutions from the perspective of an agent or trustee
- Working collaboratively to manage closings
- Communicating with clients and transaction counterparties
- Supporting the practice as needed
- Based on years of experience, A Worlds Largest Law Firm associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate. Pursuant with New York law, the salary range for this position will be $235,000 to $260,000 based on experience.
