A Full Service Business Law Firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with at least 5 years of experience in corporate and business law. Associates will work closely with clients to provide sound guidance on the legal issues clients and their businesses face. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding various corporate and business matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business agreements
- Identify legal or contractual issues and develop innovative approaches to resolve complex issues and areas of risk
- Manage multiple clients, matters, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines
- Advise, guide, and mentor Law Clerks and support staff
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail?and contract drafting abilities
- Comfortable working with evolving technology ?

Education:
- J.D. degree from an ABA accredited school?

Experience:
We're always seeking excellent attorneys of various levels to join A Full Service Business Law Firm. We hire Associate Attorneys from top law firms with little to no demonstrable book of originations as associates. Since the firm's collections-based model only works for attorneys capable of developing client work, however, we require applicants to identify at least one primary client and articulate a clear business development plan.
