The New York office of A Full Range of Legal & Advocacy Services has an opening for a Business Tax
Attorney with at least 6 years of experience. Candidates must have
experience in general, broad-based business tax, including general
Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and
Partnership work, with international experience a plus. An LL.M. in Tax
is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players
with outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must
be admitted to practice in New York. This position is open to
recruiting agency submissions.
