A Commercial Law Firm, Florida's Law Firm for Business, is seeking an Associate interested in joining the firm's business immigration practice in its Miami office. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of seven attorneys in a sophisticated, thriving national and international immigration practice at one of Florida's largest law firms.This position requires at least 2-3 years of full-time experience practicing employment-based, corporate immigration law. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of a wide range of non-immigrant classifications including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, J-1, O-1, and USMCA/TN, has a background responding to RFEs, and has a strong understanding of the PERM labor certification process and nuances of employment-based, permanent resident cases, such as EB-1s.
Verbal and written Spanish preferred and an ability to multitask in a busy practice is required. Excellent academic background and Florida bar admission are required. The position will start as soon as possible.
