The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of and experience with Alaska Native Corporations and/or Federal Indian Law
- 1 to 3 years of experience with transactional law
- Knowledge of and experience with government contracting
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence.
- Strong client service ethics
- Strong communication, self-initiative, and time management skills
- Alaska State Bar admission or eligibility for immediate reciprocity
