Description:
Job Summary:Position requires knowledge of chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies in California for debtors. Position requires you to speak and meet with prospective clients on the phone or in person at our office. Must be able to analyze fully a client's financial position, and then offer the best solution to solve their issue. Position does not require court appearances.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work well with others in a professional office environment.
- Be organized and communicative.
- Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy experience required
- Strong communication skills.
